Technical Details

The treatment process utilises reverse osmosis and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to produce 100% pure, laboratory graded water. As no chemicals or detergents are used, the process is environmentally friendly.

The precedent has been set by the replacement window industry, where glass, used to produce double glazed sealed units, is washed and rinsed using de-mineralised water prior to assembly.

There are no Health and Safety risks impeding its use in any way, making it, by far, the safest and most cost effective cleaning method with excellent results.

  1. Commercial water softener removes calcium. (Protects RO membrane).
  2. Carbon filter removes harmful chlorine. (Protects RO membrane)
  3. Micron sediment filter removes larger water born particals (protects RO membrane)
  4. Reverse osmosis units filter water to produce 95-98% pure water which is stored in holding tanks.
  5. Mixed bed resin de-ionisation tank polishes water from holding tank at point of use to deliver 100% pure window cleaning water to the water fed poles.
